Are pure colors that cannot be achieved from mixing colors.. Your PRIMARY Colors are. Red, Yellow, and Blue.
All the colors are created from the Three Primary Colors..
Colors with a predominance of blue are cool colors..
Colors with the Predominance of red and yellow are warm colors..
(easy way to remember. your warm and cool colors)
Red and Yellow you see in fire.. so there hot/warm
Blues are like Water colors (Ocean)..
Blue- Is the strongest of the primary colors, and its the only cool primary color.. Blue can bring depth or darkness to any color..
Red- Is the medium primary color. Adding red to blue-based colors will make them appear lighter; red added to yellow colors will cause them to become darker..
Yellow- Is the weakest of the primary colors.. When you add yellow to other colors, the resulting colors will look lighter and more brighter..
Secondary Colors;
Is the color obtained by mixing equal parts of two primary colors.. The Secondary colors are green, Orange, and Violet.
Green is an equal combination of blue and yellow.
Orange is an equal combination of red and yellow.
Violet is an equal combination of blue and red..
Tertiary Colors;
Is an Intermediate color achieved by mixing a secondary color and its neighboring primary color on the color wheel in equal amounts.
